Thank you for visiting and shopping at PEDA Store! The following are the terms and conditions that formulate our Shipping Policy.

This Shipping Policy describes how PEDA Store (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles order processing, shipping, and delivery. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 7-14 business days (we will try to expedite it as much as possible). Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic Shipping (within Canada): Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 14–31 business days. Delivery may vary depending on customs clearance and the destination country.

PEDA Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc) are responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of the seller's control).

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Express shipping (if available): FREE
  • International shipping: FREE

Tracking Information

As soon as a tracking number is available it will be added to your order details. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way. You can also track your shipment progress in track your order page. 

Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may have restrictions depending on the shipping destination (e.g., oversized products, materials restricted by customs).

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

For missing packages or delayed shipments beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at thepedastore@gmail.com, and we will assist where possible.

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email the picture to us at thepedastore@gmail.com right away. We will assist only if it is reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
